THREE PLY NYLON YARN

100% polyamide, glued with a nylon filament from the inside with an innovative procedure and not yet present in technical products on the market.

The advantages of the new bonding technique, i.e. making the product a single garment, are many:

1. (1) the yarn does not contain any added chemical agent (neither solvent-based nor water-based) which is generally used in similar types to bind the three Nylon strands from the outside;
   (2) the yarn remains aesthetically similar to a three-ply both in terms of softness and in terms of roundness, and this is a PLUS as the appearance remains uniform (it does not flatten). 
2. (3) the wear that other articles usually generate on the needles and on the parts of the machines that use it is reduced and has a better performance in the consumption of the pieces that come into contact with them (sometimes at very high speeds) such as the Crochet;
   (3) the resistance of Nylon is undoubtedly necessary for manufacturing technical sports and/or safety footwear and makes it a UNIQUE product in the current panorama of sewing threads
